Three simple steps to get started on the BarnWiz App:

1. Download the BarnWiz App on your iOS or Android phone/tablet.

2. Create an account with your photo ID and name and verify your age. Due to Privacy Policy rules, you are required to be 18 years of age to have an account on BarnWiz. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian can create a minor rider profile or minor account on your behalf.

3. Businesses create a Listing; Riders and Horse owners create a Rider or Horse Rrofile. If you are a parent, create a Minor Rider Profile.

Then start using the App.

If you are experiencing issues with the App, you can report the issue while using the app under your Account tab -> select Edit -> Contact Support.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to delete your BarnWiz account. Follow these steps in the App to Delete your account.

1.Log in to the BarnWiz App

2. Under Account, Select Edit

3.Select Delete Account, then enter your email to complete the Deletion process.

4. Confirm wthe Delete Account button

By submitting this request, you understand that all data associated with your account, including but not limited to saved information, settings, and activity history, will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
